We reserve the right to temporarily or permanently ban users at any time. Any activity we found to be suspicious, or fraudulent, would be an account ban.
Any of the following would an account ban:

• Using multiple accounts one single device
• Using any type of VPN, VPS softwares
• Completing many offers in a short time

04 - Offers Credit on Hold

We reserve the right to temporarily hold credits at any time, especially if a survey exceeds a user's credit limit. These credits may be held for up to 60 days after the offer is completed.

05 - Coins

All 'currency' values on this app/site are represented by Coins. Coins have no real-life value and can only be used for our withdrawal options.

06 - Refunds

You may be eligible for a refund if the site has made an error. However, errors related to PayPal, Coinbase, Binance, BTC, or mistakes in entering withdrawal addresses are beyond our control and are not eligible for a refund from us. In such cases, you will need to contact the provider directly for assistance. We cannot refund coins for withdrawals made to a banned or limited PayPal account.
